Všetky lekcie so mnou rezonujú. Čistenie sa mi nedarí robiť každý deň. No vždy pokračujem. Dvadsaťjeden dní očisťovania znamená robiť ich plynulo 21 dní bez prestávky?
Zisťujem, že pri večernom očisťovaní a ochrane energie veľmi dobre spím a vstávam s ľahkosťou.
Žijem v domčeku, kde mám k dispozícii pre seba jednu miestnosť. Tu pracujem aj spím. Zatiaľ nemám možnosť si zariadiť energetické miesto inde. Mám kút s kreslom a policou s literatúrou. Tu sa venujem sama sebe, štúdiu i meditácii. Čo sa dá urobiť v takomto priestorovom obmedzení?

Těch 21 dní by to chtělo dělat nepřerušovaně – po této době je to již volnější a nemusí se dodržovat každý den. Koutek s křeslem určitě stačí, když máte k dispozici jednu místnost, v tom není problém.
Ja mam sve energericke misto na skrince u sve postele, primo u hlavy, kde spim. Na te posteli take medituju a citim velke vibrace. Bohuzel jine misto v byte nemam,tato mistnost je take obyvaci pokoj s otevrenou kuchyni.
Jasně, to se nedá nic dělat. Jak to bude možné, oddělila bych místo pro meditaci a pro spánek.
