Dobrý den paní Jano,
chtěla jsem se zeptat zda na konci této meditační techniky si necháme tu korunní čakru otevřenou a opravdu jen s pocitem toho proudění energie otevřeme oči a tím to končí?
nebo si ji mohu opět vědomě zavřít?

Dobrý den Veroniko, jedná se o časově omezenou přípravu, takže není potřeba zavírat a mohlo by to být kontraproduktivní (ve smyslu, že by příprava nebyla tak efektivní).
Děkuji, za Vaši odpověď. Trochu jsem tu měla obavy. Občas se mi totiž děje, že se otevře až moc a vnímám a vidím hrozně moc věcí najednou, až mám pocit, že kapacita mozku nestíhá a někdy bylo těžké to vědomě zavřít, aby to ustalo.
